Location

We are in easy walking distance of Hebden Bridge town centre, and within 1 mile of the National Trust’s beautiful wooded valley at Hardcastle Crags.  The river is five minutes’ walk from the apartment, further along Lee Mill Road, with footpaths to historic Heptonstall and Blackshaw Head just beyond.  The apartment’s location on the northern edge of Hebden Bridge means that it is just 15 minutes’ drive to Haworth and the inspiring setting of the Pennine watershed.

Driving to us

The apartment is on the lower ground floor of The Old Co-op, on the corner of Lee Mill Road and Keighley Road, Hebden Bridge HX7 8LL. Satnav users beware: the postcode occasionally brings up other roads, such as Old Lees Road or Lees Road. If you are asking for directions, be aware that there are also several other Old Co-ops in the vicinity – if you have reached Pecket Well’s Old Co-op, you have gone too far up Keighley Road! There is also an Old Co-op at Old Town, Hebden Bridge.

Parking

There is free on-street parking alongside the apartment on Lee Mill Road, and also plenty of free on-street parking on Keighley Road.

Public transport

Hebden Bridge rail station is 15 minutes’ walk away, or a 5 minute bus journey. From outside the station or the town centre, you can catch the 500 bus service (which goes to Keighley) and the bus stops outside The Old Co-op.

See the Hebden Bridge page for more information on what to do and where to go.

Access issues

There is parking on the same level as the entrance, and you should be able to park just outside the street door at any time – we are happy to arrange this, should that be helpful. There is a slight raised lip to the entrance, but everything else in the apartment is flat and level. Please contact us for additional information about doorwidths or other access issues, and we will be happy to help.
